A wedding is often when all members of both sides come together for the first time at a large gathering. It is the celebration of two families merging, coming together to witness the verbal commitment of true love, and breaking bread for the first time as one family.
The average 100-person wedding in the PNW includes coordination of 10-12 vendors and a team of 20-25, with a cash spend of $30,000. You have one swing to get it right. To choose your vendors carefully, make every dollar count, and honor your guests with a lifetime memory. It is a careful journey of small decisions over the leading months that bring together this big event.
We have been doing weddings for twenty years. We partner alongside you through each decision and take the reins 30 days out so you can prepare for your Big Day.
Exclusive Coordination & Support for Your “Big Day”
Senior Planner: You will start your planning journey with one of our Senior planners who has the knowledge and history from 25 years of weddings, making sure the perfect plan is brought together according to your vision and budget.
Together we will accomplish the following tasks.
Support and Counsel in setting up and staying within a Wedding Budget.
Access to the benefits of all company partners & partnerships.
Access to exclusive company floral department.
Contract review and consultation ensure the perfect fit for needed vendors.
Draft the full floorplans & Timelines.
Associate Planner: will join the planning once all your vendors have been selected.
This planner is the master of your venue and will meet with you monthly to lock in all the details in your wedding planner to create the perfect communication for all your vendors.
Coordination and management of the Rehearsal, & Ceremony.
Day of management of all hired vendors for the day.
First to arrive and accomplish set up and preparation for family and vendors (may require assistance dependent on what’s needed)
Management of vendor check-in.
Monthly to-do lists and planning journeys to keep you focused and on track.
Management and coordination work directly with the catering company, setting up meals, providing service, tearing down, and pointing of contact.
Support in drafting and implementing assigned seating plans and printing.
Distribute Timelines floorplan to all vendors.
Admin is getting all the proper insurance, licenses, and permits to host the property.
Support Planner: This planner studies all things set up and tear down.
They will be on the grounds, supporting your Associate Planner for the entity of your wedding day.
Receive all set-up boxes and inventory list, assuring the full set-up details are accomplished in a timely manner.
Implement the seating assignment plan on the wedding day.
Setting up all decor details arranged the way you want.
Loads up assigned cars with all personal wedding items.
Support to accomplish the closeout cleaning list required“

$200 monthly payment for 10 months
